Before I recorded a word, I asked my readers which of the nine modules mattered most, and why. Hundreds of you answered, and I read every single one. You didn’t send me fantasies dressed up as devotion. You sent me your real lives: the tiredness, the washing-up, the mental load one man is quietly lifting off her shoulders, school run by school run.

And one module came up more than any other: Realism. You already know the truth of it. Kneeling is easy when everything is new and charged. Staying useful in year ten, when nothing about the day is erotic and everything about it is work, is where a female-led relationship lives or quietly dies. That’s the ground this course stands on.

What it asks of you

About two hours of video, but you don’t watch this course, you do it. Every module carries exercises and graded tests, and the men getting the most from it are slowing down, practising between modules, letting each competency settle before they move on. She isn’t served by a man who rushed the material.
