The Agency: Sophia’s Back. And This Time, She’s Built Something.

Sophia’s building something. I need your help naming it.
Thank you to everyone who read Book One: The Flatshare Agreement. Truly. It found exactly the readers it deserved.
Now. Book Two.
Where we left her.
If you haven’t read Book One yet , firstly, go and fix that , but here’s what you need to know.
Sophia met Alex in a coffee shop. He was younger, graceful under pressure, and entirely unable to hold her gaze. She offered him her spare room. What followed was the quiet, deliberate construction of a life that actually fit: a Female-Led Relationship built not on drama or negotiation, but on clear terms, genuine understanding, and Sophia at the centre of it all.
By the end, Alex is kneeling at her feet while she looks out at the city and reflects, with characteristic calm, that they are both miraculously happier than they were when they tried to be something else.
The flatshare agreement worked for them. Completely. And Sophia , being Sophia , immediately started thinking about scale.
The Agency is the story of what happens when a woman who has built one extraordinary dynamic decides that other women deserve the same. Sophia doesn’t write a self-help book. She doesn’t start a podcast. She builds an infrastructure.
Here’s what she’s building.
Sophia doesn’t swipe. She doesn’t scroll. She certainly doesn’t sit across from a man in a wine bar wondering whether to mention that she’d like to be in charge of basically everything.
She builds an agency instead.
Here is how it works: One hundred applicants. From this a shortlist of six well filtered suitors. The screening process is quiet, thorough, and merciless in the most elegant possible way , references, temperament, compatibility markers, the kind of detail that makes a dossier feel less like admin and more like ammunition. By the time she’s finished, six men remain. And each of her clients knows more about those six men than most wives know about their husbands of a decade.
Then comes the part I am unreasonably pleased with.
The tasting evening.
The women arrive anonymously. They sit together , unhurried, unobserved, completely at ease , like patrons at a very exclusive supper club. Fine food. Good company. A private dossier at each place setting. They compare notes, they laugh, they take their time.
The men are in the kitchen.
They cook. They take instruction from the female head chef. They work under pressure and , this is the bit that matters , they recover gracefully when corrected. No ego. No performance. Just a man who understands that competence in service is not a weakness. It is, in fact, the most attractive thing in the room.
Every woman watches. Informed, relaxed, and entirely in control of her own shortlist. She can let her eyes linger on her prospective dates, knowing every single intimate detail about him, and watch him work, watch him serve.
By the end of the evening, six has become three. And nobody had to pretend to find small talk charming. The women have enjoyed themselves and, with no pressure whatsoever, have carefully shortlisted those they wish to date.
This is what dating looks like when the woman sets the terms.

Now , I need you.
The agency needs a name. Something that says sophisticated authority without shouting. Something Sophia would approve of, which means it needs to be intelligent, a little understated, and not even slightly desperate.
A few options to get you started:
- The Patron’s Circle
- Her Terms
- The Selection House
- The Sophia Society
- The Agreement
- Crown & Key
- The Key & Ledger
Drop your favourite in the comments , or if you’ve already thought of something better (and I suspect some of you have), I want to hear it. Make your case: tell me what the name says about the agency, and I’ll tell you whether Sophia would put it above the door.
The right name goes in the book.
Dear Cat
Thank you for the opportunity.
My contribution:
Natural Selection
Dear Ms. Boulder,
this appears to be a very interesting idea and I am quite curious about this upcoming book.
Two words immediately came to mind:
Deep
Trust
Deep refers to the depth of information that is gathered about the candidates. But it also refers to the trust that is built up on both sides.
And if we consider the legal term ‘trust’, it would be the merging of two individuals, in which case one of them subordinates themselves to the other (giving up their rights?).
Dear Ms. Boulder,
Let me try and contribute:
1. SL (“She Leads”) Agency
2. HC (“Her Choice”) Agency
3. FATH (“Female at the Helm”) Agency.
While first to are self explanatory, third has some symbolic meaning as well. I am not from the Arabic speaking area, but as I understand, word “Fath” in Arabic means “conquest”, or even more apropriate “opening”. Could be interesting to merge these words, with males accepting their natural roles in this setting.
I wish you all the luck with the process of writing of the next book, and will eagerly wait for its publishing on Amazon.
Best regards,
The selection house
Hi Cat,
Firstly, I would like to say that my mistress and I really enjoyed the book “The Flatshare Agreement.” It represented so much of what we envision for ourselves in our FLR. Thank you very much!
And the sequel also looks very promising.
Unfortunately, English is not my native language, so I find it difficult to come up with a name for Sophia’s wonderful agency. However, I like the suggestion “Her Terms” because it expresses exactly what the agency is all about: women looking for submissive men on their own terms. Unpressured.
The Sophia Society
Because:
Sophia founded it.
Sophia is “divine wisdom” in Christianity and the Gnostic tradition and a Goddess or divine female archetype in modern spirituality.
As a Society it suggests a membership culture created to serve the interests of its members. On a wider perspective, the Sophia Society is a template for modern day society, promoting feminist leadership and guidance.
Thanks
Personally I quite like ‘The Selection House’ but a couple of suggestions of my own that may suggest a high class establishment / setting for women to meet and select a suitable male are:
The ‘Femme Luxe Rendezvous’ club (obviously the abbreviation would be The ‘FLR’ club and suggests an exclusive female luxury meeting place for woman to meet and match make)
or in a similar vain
The ‘Fabled Liasion Registry’ club
(again playing on the abbreviation but also suggesting legendary high end meeting place where strong powerful women gather to meet and register their interest in a suitable male ).
Or some combination of the two?
The agency’s sisterhood of matriarchs
FLR Test Drive
My humble name Idea, Miss, is:
The Matri-Arc
a subsumption of Matriarchy and Arc – Arc because it is a circular change in direction reflecting the growing influence of Women and the increasing Thought leadership.
I do hope this meets your approval
Yours
J
They’re all good titles. Her Terms seems like the best for a book title. For a purpose-built Female Supremacist organization, it would seem to me it deserves a more representative title.
Simply, I would call it: Your Gateway
The Gateway !?!
I like “The Circle” which I believe is a simple and elegant name; suggests exclusivity and works as a symbol for feminine leadership and solidarity.
Thank you for the opportunity to contribute my idea.
Deferentially,
John
Good Afternoon Miss Boulder,
My suggestion is “The Sovereign Standard”.
I think it suits because Sophia is setting criteria not necessarily offering romance.
“Sovereign” signals calm, unquestioned authority.
“Standard” makes it clear that men must qualify, they aren’t pursued.
In some ways it is a discreet non-negotiable name that you might imagine on a brass plate beside a private lift.
I was thinking “The Enlightened Society” might work. To me it suggests an organization that is not bound by tradition, but moves forward in a positive way.
The Queen commands & summons
I be blessed if I was in your presence
My suggestion is the R.O.S.E Society. It would be comprised of men who take an oath to Respect Obey Submit and Empower all women, and the women they serve. A dossier would be prepared on each man nominated by a women who sees potential in a man who would be asset to the Society. If the dossier uncovers that the man’s wife is unaware of the his desire for a FLR, then she would be approached to join the society and obtain coaching to help her enjoy the benefits of the FLR without guilt.
Golden Torc Society.
A torc is a braided metal permanent neck adornment.
Popular with Celtic tribes.
There is a nice duality in its original use as a symbol of wealth and power , and the submissives handing of power via the typical collar, this symbolizes more.
intertwined futures, permanence of the torc, a wealth of service, a treasure of obedience, comfort in place.
The agency’s sisterhood of matriarchs
Thanks Miss Boulder to allow us to contribute to fins agency’s name.
Thinking about “The QueenDom” or “Sorority”
I also like the society and circle idea.
“Sophia Society” looks good. This is simple & full of mystery
R.O.S.E Society as proposed in another comment seems to suit fine as well
“Goddess circle” but looks like this last one already exists
Liberty on Her Terms.
Crown Affair. Serving Victoria. Kindly Kneel. Domini’s Razor. Maven of Men.
Dear Ms. Boulder,
Random words come to mind
The Agency is “Unique” unto itself.
The selection process begins with a vetting of the candidates, therefore “Discerning”.
The applicants cook a meal, hence “Tasteful”.
The culinary skills are directed under “Guidance”.
The successful applicants will be trained and moulded into the ideal subordinate partner, resulting in their “Development”
Putting it all together, one gets “The Uniquely Discerning and Tastefully Guided Development Agency”. or The UDTGDA.
Perhaps that is incredibly verbose or perhaps it is an accurate description of “The Agency” and its format.
Thank you for writing “The Flatshare Agreement”. I was patiently or (more truthfully) impatiently waiting for every new chapter to be posted.
All the best.
It’s simple.
Quality control.
The Flower Society
“Flower” from a pronunciation of FLR
Queens Realm
‘Infrastructure’ – love that term … like banking or phone or railroads or highways … each has its purpose and framework “with all the resources, systems, regulation, technology, etc. to enact function, architecture, & a future”. Each works independently, while (almost) seamlessly interacting with all the others.
In this case Sophie is offering an entrance / access / opportunity to celebrate a Woman’s dominance* on a daily basis that she so fondly enjoys – with female’s choice of boy who willing learns to obey & serve his Goddess with adoration, compliance, a touch of fear, purpose, & love.
Sophie suggests finding “Your Own Liberating Experience” in … Goddess Quest
“Enjoy Your Life with All You Deserve.”
Goddess Quest is not a dating site, employment opportunity, auction, nor contract for services, … as an ’agency’ GQ provides a positive emotional D / s opportunity focusing on intimacy, honesty, vulnerability, expectations, structure, roles … for both the female & male – sorely needed, but missing from current offerings. So …
The notion of Sophie’s ‘Dating App’ seems limiting. Ideally the ‘agency’ would become a sorority of interested women / friends with a common passion for their: status, gender, control, sex, work, time, boy connected by “GQ” member’s: socials, events, demonstration, classes, rituals, vanilla, online. In short, Sophie provides the purpose and framework to normalize Dominant Women / Society, FLR, D / s, Feminine Superiority … Goddess Quest becomes a battle cry, a brand, a social phenomenon.
Notes:
* dominance … many women do not understand their own power & the benefits of owning a submissive male. Important aspects of this ‘agency’ could include: testimony, education, attitude, discussion with their peers around the value, independence, & joy in their feminine led relationships. Fulfill what may be lacking in their lives – loyalty, respect, presence, … Explore beyond current socially acceptable male/female relationship norms.
“Sweet Surrender” over the back door entrance for males seeking to apply, be vetted, & if lucky, pay their dues & become a future slave offer.
‘Goddess’ is what many if not all betas yearn for; & hard to imagine any woman declining an opportunity live like the Goddess she was born to be. ‘Quest’ is simply “to search for, ask for”
Thank You for the opportunity to submit.
boys Weed Out Agency “bWOA”
Thanks for the input opportunity. I do like “ Her Terms” as a title selected from your starter list
And I offer up “Queen’s Vassal” as an alternative.
Vassal being a noun of celtic origin. Meaning:
A holder of land by feudal tenure on conditions of homage and allegiance.
Vassal also meaning:
a person or country in a subordinate position to another.
Sophia grants her submissive a home and promises him a safe environment in return for his pledge of allegiance and loyalty. She commands respect and demands homage from him. Alex literally becomes her vassal by accepting her terms and subjugating himself to her
Now she is creating a space for her influence to expand exponentially. To mentor new Queens and train new vassals becomes her motivating pastime.
Hope you have fun writing your new story! Look forward to reading it. Bob
Dear Ms. Boulder,
I like the ROSE Society name that was suggested above. Thank You for completing The Flatshare Agreement. I was captivated by Your story and had to know how it ended. I’m also glad that there is a book two coming for Your characters. I wish You much success in Your endeavors.
Project Polaris or The Polaris Project
The “North Star” consistently a guide through rough waters, an anchor, a point of light that can be relied upon to guide you.
Look above you for guidance.
Ms. Boulder,
For your consideration, I believe Crown & Key is a divine name.
Thank you for allowing us to contribute.
Dear Ms. Boulder,
I am a big fan of the Flatshare sereies. That can be the Realityt indeed, as per me.
I would say “The selection house” is a name worthy for the style of Ms. Sophia with sub name or moto “Lead and Follow “
“The Red Door” will be the name of the agency, an idea received via email. Thank you darlings for your ideas x
