What this is

How to Serve Women – Training Course and Certification – A complete education in serving a Dominant woman: taught by five women who each lead in a very different way.

Across nine modules you’ll learn to read her, serve her, and hold yourself steady: whoever she is. No scripts. No fantasy templates. The real skills, taught straight.

Finish the course, pass the assessments, and you’re certified.

What buyers told me after finishing

David

“Whether you’re in an FLR or a traditional relationship, this course delivers insight in practical, everyday language, real examples you can use in how men and women communicate. It gave me the direction and motivation to build my own system for being of greater value and service to the women I strive to serve. I’ve paid far more elsewhere for far less valuable information.”

Tony

“I’d been reading Cat’s site for longer than I care to admit, and I was anxiously awaiting this course from the moment she announced it. What it did for me: a higher understanding of anticipating her needs and acting in advance. without being obvious. I love this site.”

The Nine Modules

  1. Obedience — Responds to direction with calm precision and quiet willingness, without resistance, hesitation, or the need to reinterpret.
  2. Identifying Needs — Refocusing your life and priorities around her needs.
  3. Reliability — Does what he says, when he says he will, without reminders, excuses, or fading effort over time.
  4. Service — Anticipates needs, reduces friction, and contributes in ways that make life smoother, lighter, and more ordered.
  5. Composure — Remains steady, self-contained, and fully there, never making his state her problem.
  6. Integrity — Chooses submission from a place of strength, maintaining self-respect, discipline, and clear personal standards.
  7. Awareness — Notices what others miss. Attentive to tone, preference, and detail, and adjusts without needing to be told.
  8. Voice — Names limits, asks questions, and raises concerns at the right moment, without hedging or escalating.
  9. Realism — Lives the dynamic in ordinary life. Consistent, sustainable, and grounded in how things actually work day to day.

For the man who serves

You want to be genuinely good at this,  not in theory, not in fantasy, but for the actual woman in front of you, or your Dominant of the future.

For the woman who leads

Five women carry this course. You may well recognise something of yourself in one of them, or in all five.

The course is $149 — nine modules, taught by five different women, roughly two hours of teaching with graded exercises throughout, certificate on completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What appears on my card statement when purchasing the course? – “Female-led by Cat” appears on the statement.
  • How long is the course? – The teaching itself runs to around two hours of video across nine modules. But this isn’t a course you watch, it’s a course you do. Every module carries exercises and graded tests, and the men who get the most from it slow down, practise between modules, and let each competency settle before moving on. Plan for the video time, then give yourself generous room beyond it. She isn’t served by a man who rushed the material.
  • How do I get the certificate? – You earn it. The certificate is awarded when you’ve completed all nine modules, and the course won’t let you drift through. Each module ends with graded tests, you need 75% to pass, and you cannot progress to the next module until you’ve cleared the one you’re in. Pass every module, in order, and the certificate is yours.
  • Does the certification course work if you are not in a relationship? Yes, it is ideal preparation for a FLR, I would argue that you are much more likely to be found and appreciated by a Domme, and more likely to be kept and collared by her, if you follow the principles in the training course.

  1. I’m so grateful to you and all of your collaborators for this course, thank you for taking the time to create it. To be of service has always felt essential and necessary to me, but even so, I don’t think I’ve ever understood what service actually is or what all of this means. This course is so clear and so focused that it’s feels like its changed my understanding not just of service, but of myself.

I’ve never been in a FLR, and I don’t know if I ever will be. But I feel like you’ve taught me many essential things here, and I am deeply grateful.

  2. This course is comprehensive, insightful and an excellent source of information. It is very well written from the viewpoint of five different Women. In the course, there are so many facets that provide meaningful instructions on the right and wrong ways to serve Women. By taking this course, my life as a submissive partner has been enriched in so many ways that heretofore i had never even considered. As i put the teachings that i have learned into practice, it will make my Woman’s life so much easier and rewarding and, after all, that is the true purpose of this amazing course. For any man who wants to improve his service, i highly recommend this course as required reading.

  3. Dear Miss Boulder,
Thank you for creating this course. It has been very informative and eye-opening.
As obvious as this may sound, every woman is different.
It’s important to notice and remember her individual preferences – this is paramount.
Create a system to remember / whether s notebook or a calendar, something that is s reference to her and her life, a document of sorts that can be accessed to promote reliability, rather than one’s memory.
Is her communication style direct or is there a look?
Am I attuned to her or to myself?
Am I performing this task for me (kink) or for her (service, love).
Do I give her space without the pressure of communicating with me?
Am I another task to be managed, or am I able to manage myself without intruding on her thoughts. She managing me is yet another task on her agenda. Me being self-managing to her standard, without need for her direction, nor the need for her praise removes the burden of managing me. I lighten her load by fulfilling the duties she expects without the need for any talk.
She experiences on less load to carry.
I experience the self-satisfaction of delivering this to her. No need for praise. Her happiness is my reward.

    Great information
    Thank you again

  4. Thank you and all the collaborators for this course. It was amazing and insightful. Understanding that service in our FLR (very basic one) requires that I don’t create a management job for her was so important for me. The course is helping me fill in the gaps in my journey with understanding and acceptance.

I wish I took these modules 30 years ago, early in my marriage. Most of the value is basic respect, understanding and communication. You don’t need to be in or looking for a FLR to get value in how to treat and communicate with women properly.

if you consider a level 2 course – I’m in.

  5. Hi Cat,

I recently completed your course and wanted to personally thank you for creating it.

My wife and I have had a wife-led marriage for years, but I reached a point where I wanted to become more intentional about what that meant in my everyday behavior—not simply saying I support her leadership, but consistently demonstrating it.

Your course gave me a different perspective on my role as a husband. It helped me examine how to be more proactive, attentive, consistent, and better at following through instead of waiting to be asked.

Since taking the course, I’ve focused on anticipating what needs to be done, taking responsibility without seeking recognition, responding promptly to my wife, and approaching our marriage with the mindset that supporting her should be reflected in my actions—not merely my words.

Most meaningfully, my wife has noticed the difference. Her feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. She feels more comfortable and confident in her leadership, I feel more fulfilled supporting it, and our relationship feels stronger and closer.

When we married, I took my wife’s last name. That was important to both of us and an early expression of the marriage we wanted. Completing your course helped me carry that same commitment into the everyday responsibilities of married life.

Thank you. What you created has had a real effect on our marriage, and I’m extremely grateful.

If you publish additional courses, I would be interested in taking them. There is always more I can learn to become a better husband within the marriage my wife and I have chosen.

Thank you again for the work you do.

    Jeff
